The submission process is quite simple. Just fill out the form linked below.
You will need to gather the following information: title(s) of artwork, image(s) of artwork (most image file types are acceptable), size(s) of artwork, price(s) of artwork.

Our submissions portal requires a Google account. If you do not have one and do not want to create one for this purpose, please email dina.dean@lwvgeauga.org for detailed instructions on how to submit your artwork by email.
Entry Guidelines
Eligibility Requirements: All are welcome to submit work.
Though artists local to the Northeast Ohio area are highly preferred, we welcome all interested participants. There are no age restrictions.
*We may deny entry based on appropriateness of the content and/or number of other works already admitted.
Accepted Media: Painting, Photography, Mixed Media, Sculpture, Glass, Ceramics, Jewelry, Crafts, Fiber Arts
*We cannot accept video, audio, performance, or installation art projects.
Acceptable Sizes: No greater than 48 inches in each dimension.
Because all artworks will be carried out the door on the day of the sale, all works must be smaller than 48 inches in each dimension. Exceptions will be made for fiber arts that can folded.
Number of Submissions: Each artist may submit up to five individual works.
Sets of small works (for example, a series of 4”x6” photographs, or small drawings or paintings) can be counted as a single work.
Display Requirements: Art must be ready for display.
Wire is preferred for paintings and framed works. Paper works will be hung with artist’s tape or laid flat depending on size - please prepare the back of your work to prevent tears. Prepare other media to be display-ready to the best of your ability.
Donation Information: Artists may choose to donate 50%-100% of the sale of each artwork.
All donated portions of each artwork sale are fully tax-deductible. Participating artists will receive documentation of their tax deductible donation amounts, for each sold artwork, shortly after the event.
Content & Pricing: There is no theme for the artwork at this event.
While we refer to our show as "Democracy by Design", it is not a suggestion for the content of the artwork. Because this is a one-night event, we recommend submitting works that are modestly priced. Please reach out with questions.
